Andrew Brown

Andrew Brown is the Senior Manager – Global Business Development and Relations with The Toro Company.  Andy has been with Toro for over 21 years and held various jobs in this time including Irrigation Sales Manager for EMEA.  He works with a team of experienced regional sales managers and an extensive network of national distributors to supply sports turf and landscape maintenance products for the golf, sports fields and grounds markets across the globe. Andy has an MSc in Water Managerment from Cranfield University and started his career as a Technical Co-Operation Officer for the UK Government aid agency The Overseas Development Administration.

Paul Druckman

Paul Druckman is the Chairman of the World Benchmarking Association.  He is a passionate global leader in capital market reform - from corporate governance to reporting, accounting and sustainability.  He has a desire for a world where climate change, biodiversity and inequality are tackled. He continues to be a successful entrepreneur originally in the software industry, being an owner manager for many years. He is a Non-Executive Chairman and Director in multiple sectors, including successful MBO and industry transactions, some via Private Equity.  Paul was also previously President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, the founding CEO of the International Integrated Reporting Council, chairing The Prince’s Accounting for Sustainability Project (A4S) Executive Board and as a Board member of the UK government regulator, the Financial Reporting Council.

Julie Duffus

Julie is Olympic Movement Sustainability Senior Manager for the International Olympic Committee.  She is an experienced sustainability professional with a particular focus on challenging strategies, management and strategic social, environmental, economic and ethical advice for a wide variety of international projects. She has lead teams in several offices and oversees initiatives in other areas where innovative solutions are provided to resolve particularly challenging strategies and projects. She has worked on numerous projects abroad including in Kenya, Nigeria, Uganda, Algeria, Equatorial Guinea, Oceania, North America, South America and the Bahamas.

Richard Holland

Richard Holland is the Director of Operations and Network Development at Wetlands International which he joined in 2019.   Richard speaks regularly at international events organized by government, business and NGO’s.  He has extensive experience across many sectors in sustainability and conservation, corporate responsibility, voluntary standards/certification, and has served on the boards of UTZ Certified, the Better Cotton Initiative, FSC NL, and Water Footprint Network.

Margaret N. Kim

Margaret N. Kim is CEO of Gold Standard and is currently leading the foundation through its next phase of scaling impact.  Margaret was previously Head of Green Climate Fund Liaison in the office of Director-General for the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI), where she was Head of Strategy & Integration.  She also previously held leadership roles in the private sector, including as General Manager, Sales, Strategy and Business Development for a leading biotechnology company.

Lodewijk Klootwijk

Lodewijk Klootwijk for the past 17 years has been General Secretary at the Golf Course Association of Europe and the European Golf Course Owners Association (EGCOA) which represents12 national owners associations and more than 1,100 courses in 21 countries throughout Europe.   He is also Secretary General of the Dutch Golf Course Owners Association and is treasurer of the Dutch Turfgrass Research Foundation.

Mike Pask

Michael Pask is an Independent Non-Executive Director at England Golf and the Founder of Taliesin Advisory Ltd.   He is an experienced leader in sports, media and entertainment.  For 25 years he was the Senior Vice President at WME IMG.  During this time he drove the Sports Leisure and Tourism business across the company and was involved in many areas of various sports and sectors from consulting, Events, Development, Performance, Facilities and Talent Management. He has also sat on the Board of Sport Relief Steering Committee and the Make-A-Wish Corporate Alliance Committee and is a member of the British Army ABRC.
