Wetland rehabilitation supports biodiversity and prevents flooding

Together with the maintenance team, we have rehabilitated some wetlands. This has enabled waterfowl species to find a quiet place to breed, as well as insects, amphibians, and others.

It's an area teeming with life, where larger mammals can come to drink and bathe, just like the wild boar. It's also a buffer zone which, in the event of heavy rainfall, allows us to keep an overflow and avoid flooding the site.
