In the arid environment of the UAE, effective water and irrigation management is paramount. To achieve consistently optimal playing surfaces with minimal water inputs, we employ a daily POGO data tool. This tool records volumetric moisture content, salinity, EC, and temperature of the grass. Utilising spot watering or manual percentage adjustments ensures precise irrigation, preventing overwatering.
The data obtained guides the customisation of applications such as wetting agents and gypsum, maximizing the efficiency of each application. Through the adoption of this technology and targeted management, we prioritise water conservation, ensuring its efficient use.
