This approach presents a practical and eco-friendly method for repurposing prunings collected from around the golf course. In this instance, we've utilised the prunings to form a hedge that delineates the boundary of a steep incline.

Supported by standard fence posts, this hedge boasts durability and blends into its natural surroundings. Not only does it require minimal maintenance once constructed, but it also serves as a valuable habitat for wildlife, providing refuge for insects and birds.

By repurposing prunings in this manner, we have found a sustainable solution for our waste materials, avoiding the need for burning or composting, both of which can release significant amounts of sequestered carbon.
