Tree thinning to avoid flooding

We had a tee area that was forever sitting waterlogged through the winter months and the area struggled with airflow and sunlight. To help this, the woodland beside the tee area was thinned, allowing the prevailing wind to get to the surface but also letting sunlight get on the area longer throughout the day. Furthermore, with the logs leftover from the fallen trees, we have created bug hotels within the woodland area to help with sustaining habitats and wildlife.
