It's day 4 and our top Gleneagles team are putting their medal power to the test as they clock up the miles in aid of the wonderful charity Smartworks. The team are on target to smash their 500-mile goal, as they have already reached 479 miles.
Smartworks is a UK charity that dresses and coaches unemployed women for their job interviews. They give women the confidence they need to reach their full potential, secure employment and transform their lives. In the last year, 62% got a job within a month of their appointment.
