De Woeste Kop wordt gekenmerkt door het grote aantal vrijwilligers voor bestuurs-en commissiewerk.Van de ongeveer 900 leden zijn er 155 hierin actief. Opvolging is eigenlijk nooit een probleem. Jaarlijks schrijft het bestuur van de vereniging een speciale golfwedstrijd (de Presidentscup)uit waarvoor juist deze vrijwilligers worden uitgenodigd. Dit, en de feestelijkheden na de wedstrijd, kunnen met recht onder het hoofdstuk teambuilding geplaatst.

De Woeste Kop is characterized by the large number of volunteers involved in board and committee work. Of the approximately 900 members, 155 are active in this. Every year the board of the association organizes a special golf competition (the Presidential Cup) for which these volunteers are invited. This, and the festivities after the competition, can rightly be placed under the team building chapter.
