Sustainable turf management resulting in the smoothest greens

I have long been an advocate of sustainable turfgrass management with minimal use of water, fertilizer and fungicides. With 30% bentgrass, 50% fescue, and the remaining 20% made up of Yorkshire fog, Rye and Poa annua, this is truly sustainable management producing some of the finest putting surfaces in the country which are smooth, firm and true. Furthermore, we are continually striving to increase the populations of fine fescue by overseeding regularly.

Fine fescue overseeding flourishing! With a lean nutrition regime and minimal use of water and dry growing conditions, we are well on the way to producing sustainable fine grassed golf greens.
