In the last 3 years, one of our key initiatives has been the implemention of photovoltaic solar systems. In addition to the existing 20kw solar panels on the driving range roof, we have installed an additional 6kw on the roof of the clubhouse. These solar panels harness the power of the sun to produce clean and renewable electricity, reducing our reliance on traditional energy sources.
Furthermore, we have embraced thermal solar technology to heat water for our facilities. By installing 12 thermal solar panels on the roof of the restaurant, we efficiently utilise the sun's energy to provide hot water, reducing our dependence on conventional heating methods and lowering our carbon footprint.
To enhance energy efficiency and comfort, we also replaced the outdated air conditioning system in our hotel 2 years ago. The new system features a modern heat pump that not only cools the rooms during the summer months but also integrates methane gas energy during the mid-seasons.
