Pro-environmental behaviour in part is influenced by environmental worldviews. Ashburnham Golf Club, therefore, undertook a cost-effective survey to measure members' environmental worldviews. Around 150 replies were received.
The club also intends to survey employees, suppliers and visitors. The results will help the club gauge stakeholder support for future green initiatives. The survey will be repeated in three years’ time when the club's GEO Certification is due for renewal. This will show if environmental worldviews have changed over time.
