Pyle & Kenfig Golf Club and Wales Golf have linked up with the Stroke Association to encourage those in our local community who have survived a stroke to try golf or get back into the game they love. As part of this years New2Golf campaign, Wales Golf has partnered with the charity to highlight the accessibility of golf and demonstrate the benefits of golf for those who have survived a stroke. Pyle & Kenfig Golf Club, led by disability-inclusive trained PGA Director of Golf Dylan Williams and fellow PGA Professional Matt Wootton, have worked closely with Bridgend Stroke Association. The program includes NEW 2 GOLF taster sessions, followed by a ten-week course of lessons which was attended by over 16 people affected by stroke.
