In response to the escalating groundwater levels on the golf course, we found it necessary to implement a drainage pump system to effectively manage water across the property. Given the absence of available power sources, establishing a connection to the grid would have incurred substantial costs. In a commitment to enhance economic sustainability and diminish the reliance on additional energy resources onsite, we opted for an environmentally conscious approach by installing a solar-powered pump system.
By minimising our dependence on grid electricity, we have successfully curtailed carbon emissions, marking the initiation of our journey towards energy independence. This sustainable solution not only addresses the immediate challenge of water management but also aligns with our broader commitment to responsible practices.
