On 26 July 2023, teachers and special needs students from SMK Tunku Putra enjoyed a special golf introduction program that aimed to provide them with a fun and educational experience. On the day of the event, 25 enthusiastic students and 10 supportive teachers participated in the program, which commenced promptly at 9:00 AM.
The students were grouped into three teams to rotate through various activities: putting green, driving range, and a mini golf challenge. Each activity was designed to introduce the students to different aspects of golf and help them develop basic skills in a friendly and inclusive environment.
After all students had the opportunity to participate in each activity, they came together for a light refreshment break to recharge and socialize. The event fostered teamwork, sportsmanship, and enjoyment among the students, creating memorable experiences and building confidence in their abilities.
The introduction to golf program concluded at 12:00 PM, leaving the students with newfound knowledge about the sport and a sense of accomplishment from trying something new and exciting.
