红旗谷高尔夫俱乐部与当地球场通过资源分享建立良性互动，2019年，红旗谷高尔夫俱乐部所在地大连的球场西郊高尔夫俱乐部正在筹办大型赛事活动，由于西郊高尔夫俱乐部当时正面临球童人手不足的困境，为协助此次在西郊高尔夫举办的大型赛事顺利进行，红旗谷高尔夫俱乐部派遣10名球童在活动当天到西郊高尔夫俱乐部支援其赛事相关工作。此次西郊高尔夫的活动最终圆满结束，红旗谷派遣球童支援西郊赛事的举措为红旗谷在当地建立良好的社区关系及资源共享理念打下了坚实的基础。

Red Flag Valley Golf Club has established a positive interaction with another local course through the sharing of resources. Our course is located in Dalian, China; in 2019, the Dalian local golf club named West Park was preparing to hold a big event, however, they were facing the dilemma of a lack of caddies. In order to help the big event go smoothly, Red Flag Valley Golf Club send 10 caddies to the West Park Golf Club activities on the same day to support the event-related work. The event was successfully concluded. This move to support the local club laid a solid foundation for Red Flag Valley to establish good community relations and the concept of resource sharing.
