Reducing plastic use in the clubhouse

In South Australia, a single use plastic bag ban is being introduced in stages. The first stage has been the ban on straws and cutlery. We are now using paper to wrap our sandwiches instead of plastic clamshells - ahead of the proposed ban in March 2022. Using paper reduces the plastic waste in our bins, which can be over 250 clamshells on weekends.
