We have been changing the light bulbs in our maintenance facility, going from old light bulbs that need much electricity to halogen lights that use less. We have also put electric openers on all the doors there which helps us keeping them closed.
There was a tendency to leave them open all day as they are big and heavy, but with this it is easier for the maintenance staff to open and close them. This will reduce our heating cost.
