With the ever-changing evolution of technology throughout TPC Deere Run, one of the many ways we protect the environment while also effectively maintaining a golf course is through electric mowers. Electric mowers use no fossil fuels and use electricity to power the mower. The electric mowers here at TPC Deere Run completely take air pollution (carbon monoxide) out of the picture, protecting our ecosystems, improving water quality, and mitigating climate change. Using electric mowers, carts, or vehicles is one of the main techniques in slowing air pollution, as it is an ever-growing problem we as a society face every day.
