While it is always exciting to receive a new fleet of golf carts, it does come with its issues. Al Mouj Golf has just received a new fleet of golf carts and maintenance vehicles. In total, six containers of vehicles and packing materials have just arrived here in Oman.
Once all the vehicles were unloaded and assembled, all the packing materials were broken down and sorted into three different categories. All wooden products used for the stacking of the carts during shipping have been recycled and stored for use on the course and around the facility. All paper and cardboard products have been recycled, and the balance of plastic waste has been disposed of responsibly.
While it does take a lot of materials to safely transport the carts around the globe, it's good to know that the vast majority of the products will be recycled and reused.
