This year we have installed recycling bins on the golf course where you will now see one bin every 3rd hole. This is so we can obtain the maximum amount of waste that can be recycled. These bins are emptied every day and transferred into bigger recycling areas at the Engineering yard where the recyclable materials are collected by a local recycling company who then take this to their plant to start the process.
This has been successful so far and players and visitors have taken this incentive on board and are sticking to the correct bins and minimising general waste.
