Using QGIS mapping software and satellite imaging, a map of the Brocket Hall estate has been created. It details the two 18-hole courses, the academy area, and the surrounding habitat areas.
The map can serve as a foundation to build upon existing sustainable practices. A printout will also be displayed in the greenkeepers' building, allowing locations, cutting angles and routes to be easily referenced. It will also help new staff to familiarise themselves with the large estate here at Brocket Hall.
