Promoting larger habitats for pollinators

Gleneagles

Scotland

Written by: Jamie Graham

Rough management at Gleneagles has become more extensive than ever with the main goal of reducing the density and dominance of the coarser grasses. By doing this we have increased the amount and diversity of natural wildflowers, especially on the King's and Queen's courses.

We are keen to further increase larger habitats, with a particular focus on pollinators, building on the success of the past few years.
