We have tried to take care of our staff’s health and weelbeing and have developed our capabilities for doing so.

Firstly, we have encouraged staff to develop themselves by providing a variety of training and education programs. Staff enhanced service and operational capabilities through monthly departmental education and yearly intensive education.

Secondly, we have joint programs with Haesley, a brother club of Nine Bridges. Subsidies have been given for external offline courses and internal online classes which discuss thousands of topics such as job training and big data class.

Lastly, we have created various health-related events to enhance staff’s recovery from COVID-19. We created a "Health Walking Project" that encouraged staff’s walking in daily life and provided special healthy diets to strengthen their immunity.
