Being an in-land type of links doesn't mean we can't plant anything. This is why, with the help of a government program, "Faune et Biotope" and the company "If", we completed our project adding over 2,5 km of hedges to what was already existing and combining the ecology with the needs of a golf course. This includes: Over 2 km of 1 row, mostly all around the property and made up of hawthorn, blackthorns, rosehips, brambles which will impeach players crossing/destroying our anti wild boar barrier as well as improving birds feed and colour; 110 m of 2 rows and over 460 m of 3 rows which add a higher value to ecology as well as, a way to hide unwanted scenery (workshop) or to force a dog-leg. These are mdae of 2 compositions - the first consists of hornbeam, country maple, red currant, beech, holly and common privet and the second of buckthorn, viburnum, black elderberry, rowan, male dogwood, red dogwood, European spindle, medlar and hawthorn.
