Paperless systems makes maintenance more efficient

Paperless systems are in place for the greenkeeping team to log pre- and post-use checks via a tagging system and mobile phones. The system allows staff to flag up any defects with the equipment and all completed checks are stored on the cloud. A separate paperless system is in place for logging staff exposure to vibrations through their daily tasks and these are stored online. The use of the above systems saves a ream of paper each year and prevents the need for a folder of oily check sheets to be stored in the office.
