During the past season, Timrå Golfklubb has hosted a charity golf competition together with Träpatronerna, the supporter club for the local professional football team, to raise awareness about prostate cancer and to collect money for prostate cancer research.
This was the third year for the competition which collected €8,100 for the charity. So far, the annual competition has collected a total of over 243,515 SEK, or roughly €24,300, which has been donated to the charity, Mustaschekampen.
