Over one million single-use plastic bottles avoided

As a GEO Certified club, we are committed to doing our best to make the world a better place. In 2013 we installed drinking water stations along the course. Our members and guests are provided with a reusable metal bottle, in order to encourage them to help us reduce the use of plastic.

The water is available free of charge and we have relinquished a bit of income as a result, but we are proud to contribute to keeping the environment as clean and healthy as possible. The introduction of the water stations has resulted in the avoidance of over one million single-use bottles.
