Aphrodite Hills Resort in collaboration with Coop Travel and Atlantica, has organised, yet again, two “Weekends of Love and Support” back in November and December. Due to the government restrictions, the charity events were not accessible to the general public as they were before, but we still managed to raise and donate a total amount of €24,182.93 to One Dream One Wish Association.
The Cyprus Association “One Dream One Wish” (make a wish) focuses its activities on three main pillars: the fulfillment of the best wishes of the cancer-affected children, the economic support of their families, and the psychological support of the children and members of their immediate environment. Naturally, parents give emphasis on the children’s treatment, and on many occasions, because of the expensive treatments abroad and loss of job, families are not in a position to respond to a wish expressed by their children. The amazing and very inspiring collaboration between all teams (Resort, Hotel, Restaurants, Holiday Residences, Shops), has fulfilled some of these special wishes.
