To reduce mains water costs we have installed a water treatment system. The water supply is from our irrigation reservoir which is filled by two boreholes. Iron filters and UV lights are part of the treatment process to ensure the water is potable. A salt bath further removes impurities from the water with inline filters and a water meter fitted to record all use in a calendar year. An annual maintenance contract is in place to service the whole system.
