We have recently partnered with the Economic Development Team at Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council to successfully implement our first solar panel installation. These panels are now operational on the roof of our irrigation pump house. This innovative step enables us to harness and store solar-generated electricity throughout the day, subsequently utilising it for powering our course irrigation system during the night. Any surplus electricity is thoughtfully redirected back into the grid, contributing to the broader energy ecosystem.
