Opting to preserve these areas in their natural state not only enhances the aesthetic appeal within the SSSI site but also significantly minimises the need for time-consuming maintenance.
Furthermore, the decision to keep these spaces untouched has revealed a positive impact on local biodiversity. Numerous insects and other wildlife species now utilise these natural areas for feeding, mating, and seeking refuge from the elements and predators.
