At Golf Gerre Losone there is a large aquatic area consisting of several ponds joined by a river that runs the entire course. The lakes are home to several species of native fish and amphibians. In addition, the banks of rivers and ponds are kept totally natural. This allows numerous species of waterfowl to nest and populate the entire golf course.
