The ongoing effort to enhance energy efficiency includes the installation of eco-friendly heating sources. In 2023, the addition of three new air-to-air heat pumps brought the total to nine units, servicing both the clubhouse and maintenance facilities.
Air-to-air heat pumps are an energy-efficient and versatile heating and cooling solution that offers significant cost savings and environmental benefits. By transferring heat between the outdoor and indoor air, they provide consistent comfort year-round while reducing greenhouse gas emissions and lowering energy bills.
With their ability to both heat and cool spaces, air-to-air heat pumps eliminate the need for separate systems, saving space and installation costs.
