We have been working hard to address any feedback received from members, including insights from our Players First surveys.
The feedback identified a need for more consistent communication from the board and management. To respond to this, we have made several adjustments over the past year. We continued with digi@SCORE, our monthly newsletter, and expanded it with a monthly Board Bulletin. This allows the board to share updates on what’s happening behind the scenes.
Additionally, we’ve introduced narrowcasting and frequent news updates on our new golf dashboard. In the latest survey, these changes were directly reflected in positive feedback, with members greatly appreciating the improvements.
