购置AED设备，邀请红十字会专家严格培训全体员工，熟悉掌握急救技能，有效预防突发事件，为社区安全负责！自动体外除颤器，是一种便携式、易于操作，稍加培训即能熟练使用，专为现场急救设计的急救设备，从某种意义上讲，AED又不仅是种急救设备，更是一种急救新观念，一种由现场目击者最早进行有效急救的观念。它别于传统除颤器可以经内置电脑分析和确定发病者是否需要予以电除颤。除颤过程中，AED的语音提示和屏幕动画操作提示使操作更为简便易行。自动体外除颤器对多数人来说，只需几小时的培训便能操作。美国心脏病协会（AHA）认为，学用AED比学心肺复苏（CPR）更为简单。自动体外除颤器又称自动体外电击器、自动电击器、自动除颤器、心脏除颤器及傻瓜电击器等，是一种便携式的医疗设备，它可以诊断特定的心律失常，并且给予电击除颤，是可被非专业人员使用的用于抢救心脏骤停患者的医疗设备。在心跳骤停时，只有在最佳抢救时间的“黄金4分钟”内，利用自动体外除颤器（AED）对患者进行除颤和心肺复苏，才是最有效制止猝死的办法。

Automatic external defibrillators (AEDs) are portable, easy to operate, and can be used proficiently with minimal training. They are specifically designed for on-site first aid. In a sense, an AED is not only a first aid device but also represents a new concept of first aid, one that is first effectively implemented by on-site witnesses. Unlike traditional defibrillators, AEDs use a built-in computer to analyze and determine whether the patient requires defibrillation. During the defibrillation process, AEDs provide voice prompts and screen animations to make the operation more convenient and feasible.
For most people, operating an AED requires only a few hours of training. The American Heart Association (AHA) believes that learning to use an AED is simpler than learning cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). Automatic external defibrillators, also known as automatic extracorporeal defibrillators, are critical for on-site first aid and can save lives with timely intervention.
