In recent years, our policy has been to increase the roughness on our terrain; this means that unnaturally enriched soils are restored to their natural nutrient level. The result is the much improved floral richness of our rough. Through cooperation with a local beekeeper, several beehives are now permanently located on our site producing honey, which, according to experts, is of outstanding quality and taste. This honey will soon also be for sale in our clubhouse.
