The annual harvest season on the golf course has been concluded with the harvest of ‘Mosfilo’ or Hawthorns, which can be found on the front nine holes surrounding the historic 12th century monastery among many other fruits.
‘Mosfilo’ is perfect for our pastry chef to make sweets and jam tarts from the home-made marmalade. You can find it on our seasonal breakfast buffet or in The Suites as a special gift to our guests!
