For the last 2-3 months, Jaine Collington (Front of House Manager) and Michael Lunn (Head chef) have been utilising our outside garden space to grow the herbs they need for cooking our lovely meals. The project has worked incredibly well, and we may need to expand the area to produce more.

Jaine said: "We feel that every little step helps the environment and the sustainability of Pannal Golf Club". This is part of Jaine's aim to reduce the food miles and increase the diversity within our garden area.
