Aphrodite Hills Resort is proud to champion sustainability initiatives within the local community. On June 18th, 2024, we partnered with the Kouklia Elementary School for a tree planting event in Kouklia village. This collaborative effort is part of our ongoing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities and demonstrates our commitment to environmental stewardship.
Together, we planted 5 species of trees: Pistacia lentiscus (Mastic tree), Ceratonia siliqua (Carob tree), Laurus nobilis (Bay leaf), Cupressus sempervirens (Cypress tree) and Olea europaea (Olive tree) – 40 trees in total, contributing to improved air quality, reduced soil erosion, and the creation of valuable habitat for local wildlife.
