Golf course and nature profit from better irrigation systems

From 2018 onwards, new irrigation systems are being installed over a period of 5 years. They will exclusively and selectively irrigate tees, fairways, greens and practise facilities, avoiding irrigation of the rough. As a consequence, diseases, fungus and over-irrigation of the golf course will be limited. It is also good news for nature and will help to restrict the quantity of ground-water used. It is a big investment, but a big advantage from all perspectives. This project is a result of our policy in GEO, GreenDeal and Natura 2000.
