Minthis Golf Club

The orchards surrounding the Minthis Monastery on the Golf Course produce an abundance of delicious and sweet fruit in summer. While cherries are a favourite snack for golfers playing the 17th hole in May, come June the members and visitors alike can enjoy apricots fresh from the trees around the course.

Our own fruit is also popular with the Minthis Chef, who likes to incorporate them in daily specials. Using local ingredients is one of our key restaurant philosophies and you can’t get more local than the orchards situated around the golf course!
