Every December, we proudly hoist the United Arab Emirates Flag on the 18th green during the weekend celebrations of National Day. Despite being a young country at 52 years old, the UAE has welcomed over 90% of our members and golfers as visitors who now call it home. It's crucial to remind everyone that we are guests in the UAE and to express gratitude for the country's hospitality.
Through flying the flag, we aim to foster a sense of belonging among our community members and encourage them to learn more about our history. We hope this initiative will facilitate reengagement with the local community and promote mutual understanding and appreciation.
