Sarfvik Golf recently undertook forestry work to remove dangerous trees and those creating excessive shade on the playing surfaces. We donated the top parts of these trees, which weren't suitable for logs, to the local community. This wood was used for the village sauna, located near the sea, which serves as a social and relaxation hub for the villagers and is maintained by volunteers.
By donating this wood, we aim to show our commitment to the local community and support a strong relationship that we can build on in the future. This initiative not only supports local traditions but also reinforces our dedication to sustainable practices and community engagement.
