As part of our ongoing sustainability action plan, we are dedicated to planting vineyards in non-playing areas of the course and thus increasing our on-site wine production. In February 2024, we added one hundred new Mavro vines to extend the existing vineyard located on the course between holes 9 and 18. Their first harvest is expected in 2027.
All vineyards are carefully tended by our team year-round, and once the harvest is complete, the grapes are handed over to local winemaker Tsangarides in the nearby village of Lemona, where they are transformed into our cherished Minthis wines.
