Hørsholm Golf collaborates with a variety of players in the job market. In addition to being certified to employ three apprentices, we have a strong partnership with the local municipality’s job assessment unit. We assist the municipality in assessing the work readiness of individuals affected by stress, physical injuries, dementia, as well as young people who have veered off track.
Participating in these various processes requires significant resources, but it is incredibly rewarding for both the organization and its employees, who gain insights into another part of society. Currently, we have an intern from 9th grade who has grown tired of school. To keep him engaged in the education system, we’ve offered him work on days when he doesn’t have exam-related classes, providing a break from the challenges of school. We’ve all been so pleased with his dedication that he will begin as an apprentice once he completes 9th grade.
