Repaired, replaced and put in new drains on the fairways that were subject to regular flooding. Some existing drains had been lost or clogged up with tree roots. Dug these up and replaced as necessary.
The course is now known in the local area as one of the best conditioned. Work will begin this year to identify other lost drains.
