Controlling neophytes throughout the course

Golfpark Holzhäusern

The natural net was used to combat neophytes throughout the facility. Neophytes are non-native plants, but they are highly invasive and displace native species.

In the Holzhäusern Golf Park we have problems with goldenrod, fleabane, Jacobskraut and robinia in the meadows, biotopes and along the hedges. The areas are checked twice a year. The neophytes are uprooted by hand to reduce population and stop spread. We now do this annually to stop the spread of neophytes on our golf park.
