As part of a social support programme, we work with St Christopher's, particularly on Arbour day. In the past three years, the club has donated seedlings which they grow in their school garden and harvest the vegetables grown and get prepared in the school kitchen for lunches. Fruit trees have been planted serving a dual purpose of shade and an ongoing supply of fruit.
We have also donated a piano to the music centre, carpets for the junior classes where they sit on the floor, 20ltr. water containers for each class, this alleviates children having to leave the classroom during the summer months to have a drink of water.
