As part of our Estates Maintenance Program and with the help of a local Specialist Forestry Manager, we've put together a Forest Management Strategy for 2020. This will form the basis of a three-year plan to improve the health and diversity of the native forests while removing the bark beetle-infested trees and non-native species. The long term goal is to have oak-hornbeam forests.
