Upon construction of the maintenance facility at Dumbarnie Links, A ClearWater system and concrete wash pad were installed to efficiently and effectively wash down all of our machines on site after use.
ClearWater is an approved, below ground, biological washdown water treatment and recycling system. The system consists of tried and tested components utilising harmless microorganisms to clean polluted water from our washdown area. This requires minimum maintenance and has exceptionally low running costs.
This system allows us to massively save on mains water use. Water levels in the system can lower with use and from the evaporation of water on warmer days, but is topped up from rain water that falls on the pad.
