Changing mowing patterns is a win-win

In a bid to save on rising fuel costs and mowing time on our fairways, we recently altered our mowing patterns from a diamond pattern to a half-dark, half-light pattern on our Championship East course. Since performing this, we have seen a reduction in mowing time which allows our staff to perform other important jobs on course.

This also has less of an impact on daily play, less interference to the players from mowers and also substantially reduced fuel usage and costs. The benefits of a small change such as this, has made a great overall difference
